Almira Industrial & Trading Corporation (AIT), was filed with the State of Texas in January of 1993, as a proprietorship. Due to the expansion of the company and in accordance to the decision of the Board of Directors, in March 2005, the undertaken company has been registered as a Corporation with the State of Texas. This prestigious organization has longstanding performance in various industrial fields and international trading. AIT conducts international trade in many countries around the globe in the fields of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, agriculture products, and oil and gas. AIT also provides consulting services in market investments and oil & gas projects. Shares of AIT are not regulated by the Security Exchange Commission, as this organization is considered to be “close held”, and therefore not governed by the “SEC”.
